If data is transferred outside these regions, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
6. Retention of Data
Account data: retained while your account remains active.
Personalised meditation requests: retained for up to 12 months to allow follow-up or re-recording, unless you request deletion sooner.
Analytics data: stored by Firebase according to Google’s retention policy.
After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Sharing Your Information
We share data only where necessary with:
Firebase (Google LLC) – authentication, database, analytics, and file storage
Apple – payment processing and App Store functionality
Email service providers – for follow-up communications regarding personalised meditations or support
All third parties are bound by data-processing agreements requiring them to protect your data and comply with UK GDPR.

The App itself does not use cookies, but equivalent technologies (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics) may collect aggregated usage data.
These help us understand performance and improve your experience.
