Gently close your eyes, focus on your breath and listen to my voice…

Shared Breath is a meditation app designed to bring calm and clarity into everyday life. Whether you’re looking to reset after a stressful day, find focus before an important moment, or simply build a habit of mindfulness, Shared Breath offers guided sessions that meet you where you are. Each meditation is created with warmth and simplicity, helping you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in just a few minutes.

At its heart, Shared Breath blends structure with freedom. You can explore themed meditations focused on topics like gratitude, confidence, creativity, or forgiveness, or choose a daily session for a gentle moment of reflection. The app’s interface is designed to feel peaceful and intuitive — no clutter, no pressure, just a calm space that adapts to your needs and mood.

For those who want a more personal experience, Shared Breath also offers bespoke meditations crafted around your own goals or challenges. You share what you’d like to work on, and a guided reflection is written and recorded specifically for you. It’s a mindful companion that listens first, then helps you explore your thoughts with compassion and balance.

Shared Breath was created with care — not as a product to chase trends, but as a genuine tool for wellbeing. Every session, sound, and word has been designed to bring a little more peace into real lives, however busy or complicated they may be. It’s meditation made human: simple, sincere, and grounded in the belief that everyone deserves a moment to breathe.

Why health apps?

Health apps were our natural starting point because health is a priority that resonates deeply with me on a very personal level. As a full-time carer for my wife and son, both living with lifelong conditions, maintaining my own health and overall wellbeing is absolutely essential.

The ongoing demands and challenges of caregiving make it increasingly clear that I must prioritise both my physical and mental resilience, as my capacity to support and care for my family depends entirely on it.

Simply put, I need to live as long and as well as possible, and creating tools that encourage and promote healthier lifestyles is a direct reflection of this fundamental and deeply rooted need.

What’s next?

We are busy developing a series of apps aimed at children with special needs. This is another topic close to my heart. After than, for health and well being we have a few ideas, keep an eye on the announcement blog for details!
